"Great class options that actually fit my schedule"
I was a little stressed trying to find classes that worked around my week, but this place made it surprisingly easy. There’s a good mix of options, and the after-work times are super convenient. I went from feeling like I’d never fit anything in to actually looking forward to going.

"Clean enough, but whoever runs this could do better"
It’s mostly clean, but the locker room floors were kind of dirty a few times. Not the worst, but whoever runs this should probably stay on top of it more.

"I’ll be honest, I’d seen a few..."
I’ll be honest, I’d seen a few mixed comments about the billing, but I already had a feeling it would probably be fine if you just kept an eye on things, and that’s pretty much how it went. My monthly charge was clear, the amount stayed the same, and it came out on the same day every month like expected.
I only ended up canceling because I moved, not because of any issue. The front desk handled it quickly, and I didn’t get hit with any surprise fees afterward. it kind of confirmed what I thought going in — most of the hassle stories didn’t really match my experience.

"Great personal training experience"
I’ve been doing personal training at Esporta for a little while now, it’s been a total game changer. My trainer actually listens to what I’m saying instead of just launching me into some random workout nightmare with no explanation.
They break things down in a way that makes sense, fix my form before disaster strikes, and push me just enough without making it weird or intimidating. I’m way more confident in the gym now, which feels like a small miracle. Easy 5 stars from me.
"Decent gym, but the upkeep could be better"
I’ve had an okay experience here overall. When I go during off-peak hours, I can usually get on the equipment I want without much waiting, which I appreciate. My main issue is that some machines seem to stay out of order for way too long, and it gives the impression that maintenance isn’t a big priority. The weights also end up all over the place, so I sometimes waste time hunting for what I need. It’s not a bad gym, and I still get my workouts in, but I’d enjoy it a lot more if repairs and organization were handled a bit faster.

"I’ve been going to Esporta for a..."
I’ve been going to Esporta for a few months now, it hasn’t been nearly as crowded as I thought it would be. At least at my location, it’s been easy to get in, do my workout, and get out without feeling packed in.
I usually stop by after work, so I expected to be waiting around for machines all the time, but that really hasn’t been the case. Every now and then I’ll wait a few minutes for the cables, but nothing that ruins the workout. If it ever got to the point where I couldn’t use what I’m paying for, I’d definitely expect some kind of compensation or credit.
The locker room and front desk can get a little busy here and there, but it’s manageable. Overall, I’m happy with the gym so far and hoping it stays this way.
"Decent staff, depending on the day"
The staff are generally polite and professional, which is nice to see, even if that feels like the bare minimum sometimes. A few of them are helpful, but other times they seem a bit rushed or like they’d rather not answer questions. It’s not a bad experience overall, just a little inconsistent.
